1. Who we are
TesNuvHub is an independent Android application and web projection interface for wireless in-car screen projection. It is intended for users who want to open a browser page on the Tesla display and receive a local Android Auto stream from their phone.
Website and service domain: app.TesNuvHub.top.
TesNuvHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorised by Tesla, Inc., Google LLC, Android Auto, or Apple Inc.
2. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TesNuvHub handles data when you use:
- the Android application distributed through our Telegram channel or other official project channels;
- the browser interface at
app.TesNuvHub.top; - local streaming, touch forwarding, hotspot connection and setup features.
3. What data we process
Data stored locally on your phone
The following information may be stored in the app’s private local storage:
- display settings such as resolution, zoom/UI density, theme and driver position;
- connection preferences such as auto-start, hotspot workflow and last-used mode;
- locally cached technical files required for secure browser connection, such as TLS certificate data;
- temporary diagnostic logs generated by Android for troubleshooting.
This information remains on your device unless you intentionally export logs or share diagnostic information with us.
Streaming and touch data
Screen frames, video decoding, 2D canvas rendering, touch coordinates and Android Auto interaction data are processed in real time for the purpose of projection. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or user tracking.
Server-side technical data
When your browser or app contacts app.TesNuvHub.top, our server or hosting provider may automatically receive standard technical data such as IP address, request time, browser user agent, requested URL and connection status. This is used for security, abuse prevention, TLS/certificate delivery and service reliability.
| Category | Purpose | Typical location |
|---|---|---|
| App settings | Remember your preferred projection setup | Your Android device |
| Touch coordinates | Forward taps/swipes from car screen to phone | Real-time local session |
| Technical logs | Debug crashes, connection failures and compatibility issues | Your device; only shared if you send them |
| Server access logs | Security, uptime and error diagnosis | Server hosting environment |
4. App permissions and why they are needed
- Network / Wi‑Fi / hotspot access: required to create or use the local connection between your phone and the vehicle browser.
- Bluetooth: may be used to detect a paired vehicle and start the projection workflow automatically.
- Accessibility service: optional; used only to translate browser touch events into taps and swipes on the phone screen. TesNuvHub does not use Accessibility to read passwords, messages, banking information, or private content.
- Foreground service / notifications: keeps the projection session active and shows connection status while streaming.
- Microphone or voice features: only if Android Auto or your chosen assistant requires it; TesNuvHub does not store voice recordings.
5. Network connections
The projection session is designed to work over a local Wi‑Fi/hotspot connection between the Android phone and the car browser. The browser page may connect to:
wss://app.TesNuvHub.top:8443/streamfor the projection stream endpoint;app.TesNuvHub.topfor setup, certificate refresh, browser interface and service files.
Mobile data usage depends on your Android Auto apps, navigation, music streaming and other services running on the phone.
7. Data retention
- Local app settings remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall TesNuvHub.
- Temporary projection data is processed only during the active session.
- Server access logs, if enabled, are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
- Diagnostic logs are kept only if you voluntarily send them for support.
8. Security
TesNuvHub uses encrypted browser communication where technically applicable, including secure WebSocket connections for streaming. No internet-connected system is perfectly secure, but we design the service to minimize unnecessary data transfer and keep projection logic local-first.
Only install TesNuvHub from official project sources. Do not install modified APK files from unknown third parties.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, including the European Economic Area, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal data processed about you.
Because TesNuvHub is designed not to require an account and stores most settings locally, we may not be able to identify you unless you contact us and provide enough information about a support case.
To delete local app data, uninstall TesNuvHub or clear the app’s storage in Android settings.
10. Children’s privacy
TesNuvHub is intended for drivers and vehicle owners. It is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the product, domain, hosting, distribution channel, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published at app.TesNuvHub.top/privacy.html with a new “Last updated” date.
12. Contact
For privacy or support questions, use the official TesNuvHub contact channel.
